Various cables from Kimber, Vampire Wire, Wire World & 3 - Pangea A/C where I could. |
| Power-Related Components |
Denon AVR-3310 ci, & Outlaw Audio 750 power amp. I run a set of VW cables out of the pre-outs on the Denon to the Outlaw to Bi-Amp my system. I use the Denon to run the low end and the Outlaw to run the mid & highs. |
| Other Audio Equipment |
1 pair B&W N-803, LCR-6 center, DM-601 surrounds all sitting on Audio Image Technologies Designer series speaker plinths. All speakers are spiked to the plinth to assure tight bass and accurate sound. The Velodine Optomum 12 sub-woofer is also spiked sitting on a AIT plinth. A Directv HR-24 HDTV DVR and a Panasonic TC-P50 THX certified plazma tv. |
| Audio-Related Tweaks |
Audio Image Technologies Speaker plinths, Audio Image Technologies amp and component stands under each component. this produces a blacker back ground and helps cool the components as well. A Panamax 5300 power conditioner suplies A/C to all components. I also use the Audioquest CD Stop-light treatment on all CD's & DVD's, ( It really does work) along with a Millennium carbon fiber CD mat and Optrix CD treatment CD cleaner. |
| Music Preferences |
Blues mostly, from Robert Johnson to Joe Bonamassa, Jazz, Classical and good old classic rock which is mostly based on blues songs anyways. |
