Primary: Sennheiser HD650 (at home open) Denon AH-D2000 (at home closed) Beyerdynamic DT880 Premium 600 Ohm (at home semi-open) Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 80 Ohm (at work) Ultimate Ears Reference Monitors (on the go) Secondary: Grado SR225i (for the wife) Grado SR60 (the instigator) Sennheiser HD595 (for tv) Sennheiser PMX 80 (for the gym) Shure e4c (always in the pocket) Had, sold: Audio Technica ATH-M50 (replaced by DT770 Pro) Shure SRH840 (replaced by AH-D2000 / ATH-M50) [The problem for me with both of them were long-term comfort. My ears would get too hot and sweaty. No such problem with the AH-D2000 and DT770 Pro. I like the Denons, but they're not closed enough for my work environment.] |
