I have a bunch of questions and have no wish to monopolize your time when you've got lots of customers. When would be best for you?

Well I called up and Todd was good enough to answer my many many(and often very obvious) questions for what must have been 20 minutes. He was ever so professional and polite and I could not recommend him more highly.
