MSB Link DAC III w 96/132 Upsampling

I have an MSB Link DAC III listed on Audiogon Here . It has the 24/96 or 24/132 upsampling upgrade installed (NOT THE NEWER 24/192 UPSAMPLING UPGRADE) and the stock power supply. I rated it 7/10 because of age and two scratches on the top. I used it with a 3/4' oak board (with a cut-out for the vents) and some sorbathane on the top to dampen chasis vibrations so the scratches never bothered me. I will include the board and sorbathane if you want since it was made specifically for this unit. I will also knock off the shipping and PayPal fees for Head-Fi members, so it is $300 shipped in CONUS. Thanks.
