For sale is my lovely Thorens table. The TD126mk3 is one of Thorens very best. It sounds excellent with the Shure V15VxMR cartridge installed, but I grabbed a used Scout so I'm selling this table. The only flaw is the dustcover is cracked across the top. I still have all the pieces and didn't care myself because I never planned on using the cover anyway. The rest of the table is flawless and beautiful. I wish I could just keep it but I told myself that if I bought the Scout I'd sell this to help pay for it. I have two cartridges for it. One, an Ortofon VMS30 Super-mk2 came with the table and is decent. The other is the Shure which is very nice indeed. I'll sell the table for $350, $400 with the Ortofon, or $600 with everything. Shipping is included within the U.S. and this baby is very heavy (over 40lbs.) If I don't sell it soon I'll probably bring it to the next Chicago meet so some of you can see just how good a vintage table can sound. I'm hoping someone local will be interested since packing will be a pain. If interseted I'm going to take some pics this weekend so I can email them to you.
