Comparing fit of Sony EX71 to shure e3c or ety 6i

Thread Starter
I currently own the Sony EX71's and wanted to upgrade them to better canalphones for when I am listening to music in my office or on a plane. I have read many of the threads here that compare many of the canalphones and I am deciding between the shure e3c or the ety 6i.

Which of these two match the fit of the Sony EX71's? I find the Sony comfortable and would like to find a pair that match the fit of the sony's but with provide "more accurate" sound.

Thanks,
Jeff

apparently, from what i have read..

the ex71's are actually the more comfortable of all three and all four, if you include the md33's in that group.

you will, however, find better isolation, clarity, and tighter bass by using the e3c's and er-6i's, if directly compared to an unmodded set of ex71's.

i wouldn't say that. i find the foamies more comfortable than the 71's short "in ear" tips.
