This is quite phat. While not as deep as the previous two songs posted, at least with this one, it's actually real bass guitar and real drums being played, and you can feel/sense the air being moved by the kick drum. As opposed to one person just playing synths and creating yet another generic piece of music designed for showing off car stereos. Bit harsh maybe? :p

Damn keyboard autocorrect. How about Bach instead.

I find Justin Timberlake's CD "The 20/20 Experience" pretty bassy.  But Massive Attack's "Mezzanine" takes the cake with "Angel" and "Teardrop".  The soundtrack to the movie "The 5th Element" has a few rattlers, too.

A bit harsh, or maybe just a bit ignorant. You're obviously not a fan of electronic music...

I'm playing devil's advocate, so take what I say with a pinch of salt.

Yeah, it's ok. Definitely fun to hear a ton of kick arse bass and test your headphones now and then. And I don't dislike the two erm.. 'songs' you posted above. Just wouldn't go out of my way to buy any of that stuff. Fine in small doses if you want to hear powerful bass, but that's pretty much all it offers imo, generally tedious otherwise. But of course, that's what this thread is about, the bass.
