I probably should've figured that out. Every once and a while I do google searches for AX hacks in the hopes there would be something that would allow me to stream FLAC files. It looks like this may be the answer.

The only thing stopping someone from streaming to AirPort Express from anything is that it requires Apple Lossless compression. It seems the developers of this application have found a way to use the Apple Lossless encoder outside of iTunes on Mac OS X.
