Can't see my Chaintech in Winamp with ASIO

I'm using winamp 5 and I'm trying to use ASIO. I installed ASIO4all, mpg123 and out asio.dll. When I go to configure outasio.dll my card is not listed. Also, when I try to configure Asio4all in the offline control panel my card is listed but it is marked as "Beyond logic" (unavailable).

Heeeeeelp!

First off, close Winamp (and any application using ASIO) and start the offline ASIO control panel again. The card should be selectable then. The standard settings should be quite OK (resampling to 48 kHz is not needed, and there is no hardware acceleration). The Winamp ASIO output plugin will only offer you ASIO4All as device, which is normal.

Ok, I did what you said. I actually rebooted and tried again. I wish I could show you a screen shot but here goes:
ASO4ALL had my onboard sounds as running and enable. I disabled it and then chose to select/enable the Envy Family Audio Controller. It then became bold. However, the listings below it remained disabled. When I went to enable Out8x-192khz, 32 bits the whole thing turned to "Beyond Logic". When I try to play winamp, the song plays but there is no sound.

UGH!!!!!!!

Try selecting 96KHz.
