Splitters

Being that I haven't gotten around to getting an EMU yet, I'll be needing to spiltting the output from my source. Will it effect the quality a lot?

I'll probably be using a set of 580s unamped for the time being...

Can anyone reccomend a decent splitter?

It could.Both devices will be in parallel and the impedance interaction could have a detrimental effect.
The best splitter is not cheap and would be a Jensen transformer splitter .
Total isolation for the equipment connected to it plus impedance matching/balancing if desired
