this is only a start for sony and i'd expect more exciting things to come. sony is a well-known brand name for visual and audio products. ipod is too and i think its not a bad product. but i think the ipod has been staying stagnant for too long. they didn't change much of anything since the 1G ipod, except for some tweaking of the controls and the ipod mini, which is just a miniature version of the ipod. ipod is now basically playing catch up too, with the color screens and the longer battery life, which some manufacturers already had before them.
