oh I dunno, shoulda had some headphones on to be in total character with the site theme and considering the time of year he looks
way too happy.
By the way-we have a large wild turkey population here in this part of connecticut and it is not unusual to come across them in the early morning on the way too work.
a domestic turkey has got to be the ugliest bird on the planet earth but the wild turkey is one of the coolest.watching ten or so cross the road in front of your car while they look at you
daring you to move is a very impressive sight and one i never get used to even though i see it often.
Another impressive sight is in the spring when thier minds turn towards propagation of species.Watching two males all puffed up circling each other and dancing to impress while the females stand in a group watching from ten feet away is very high on my my
cool list

just some thanksgiving turkey lore from the rickmeister to you city folks and those from countries not having wild turkeys.
I ever tell you the one about the racoons that visit my back porch every single night then the possum that follows when the coast is clear ?
