I'm electrically illiterate.
And realize these two specs don't seem to match up for comparison.
Is one better than the other?
They're both cheap! $35.
Thanks.

The Signal cable is using a better dielectric (foamed teflon versus polyethylene), they both use well regarded scosche RCAs, and the element cable is a much larger gauge, which isn't really necessary unless you have a very long run of cable, it does look nicer though. Personally I'd go with the Signal cable based on the specs. Also note that if you need a long run both cables get very expensive very quickly.
