Sub-$50 2*1/4" -> 1/8" cable?

I'm getting an emu 0404 soon so I need something to connect the 0404 to a TAH with 1/8" in, and I'd prefer to avoid using 2 or 3 sets of adaptors to get it to 1/8". So, has anyone seen something like this around?

I'm in Australia, which further complicates things, since off-the-shelf gear from US retailers is hard to get as they generally don't ship internationally.

Can you build it yourself? It'll be difficult to find anything for $50 shipped to australia.

Oh, not inc. shipping.

There are monster cables that'll do it for $30, but ppl don't seem to like them :P

I'd go to headphile.com, Larry does very nice work, and you could get a .5m emu to mini cable for around $60 shipped to australia
