I went to check Shellbrook's site today only to find this message.

I sent my amp in for warranty in December. Drew's emails leading up to me sending it in were very polite and timely. Since I sent the amp in I haven't heard a single word from him... I've written him 6 times and tried calling numerous times only to reach his voice mail.

I am NOT a happy customer.

Has anyone gotten a hold of Drew since he posted the notice on his website?

Or is my amp lost forever

Yes, I have spoken with Drew recently. I sent you a Private Message last night so please check your messages.

Also, to anyone else that is currently having trouble communicating with Drew please send me a Private Message and I will do whatever I can to help. I am currently working to compile a list of people who feel that they are owed something (even a cable) which I will send to Drew via channels that I know will reach him. I cannot promise that anything will come of this but as recently as this week I have been told that he is still working to resolve all of the outstanding issues with Shellbrook orders, repairs, etc.

Boy, I haven't checked back here in way too long. Anyway, he's had my amp for over a year so, while I appreciate your efforts and do not doubt your sincerity, he's fooled me once so shame on him. I won't let him fool me again.

Hondo,

I completely understand what you're saying - some times you just have to move on and forget about the past. But for those who want to have another go around I figured that since Drew was back to responding to my emails I'd offer to put together a list. If you change your mind in the future I'm only a PM away.

I have long moved on but..
Let's say, seeing this, AFTER he has had over $200.00 of mine for who knows how long gotta be OVER about 2 years now makes me REALLY wonder. He stopped replying to me LONG ago. At least n_maher took care of me Somebody had to, it was obvious I could not take care of it myself...Buyer beware is all I can say.
