mzn1 does have the 'non recording' issue but it's in mint condition works fine as a player. does not come with earphones or remote as well other than that everything in the box and the orginal box will be included as well.
st-70 isn't in the greatest shape but works great as a daily user. comes with charge cradle, adaptor, remote, and earphones.
-5 nimh batteries are included, 3 sony nh14wm, 1 panasonic, and 1 sharp (sharp only last 4 hours, all the others have less than 15 charge cycles on them)
