Are u using the original Pads of the HD424? ..they kinda look very worn out... even HD414 has thicker pads.

Sorry for dragging up an old thread, but I found a pair of 424s on Craigslist for $60 Canadian. However, I already have a pair of HD410SL's. How do these compare? And is $60 too steep of a price to pay for these?
