Good Evening All,

Hope this finds you well.

Music fuels my soul, but as a beginner I am finding the quality of music fueling me can be exceptionally better. More than I ever thought!

I have a lovely Schiit Jotunheim and it has a balanced out with I am really wanting to try. It would be rude not to!

Seriously ladies & gents, I am in need of anyone and everyones recommendations for getting sone balanced headphone cables either here in the UK or EU.

As a beginner I am looking for people to let me know what companies are good to take a look at and I know that my hard earned money is not being wasted as such.

It may look like I am being lazy as Google is my friend but nothing is better than a member here who has had direct or indirect dealings with a company. It would make me feel more secure.

Hope you rather amazing peeps can help me out with cable companies. Other than a couple balanced cables I need a 2m RCA to 3.5mm jack to connect an ipod classic, phone etc etc.

Thank you very much indeed :)

Can no one reccommend any UK based or EU based headphone cable suppliers that they trust?

Really am surprised that no one can help me.

Did I do something wrong as am sure there must be at least 10 trust worthy cable making companies between UK and EU?

Only a guess as I am very much new and starting out slowly but surely.

Please help. :frowning2:

I have a cable from Forza Audioworks which is pretty good and turned up in about 2 weeks, but most people will recommend Toxic Cables UK, but there is a 12 - 14 week wait from the point of order.

I also have a Forza Audioworks cable and it is pretty amazing. It is the hybrid one. I had one toxic cable and was a little bit microphonic, so I didn´t like it and I sold it.

So I recommend Forza Audioworks cables as well.

UK
Artisan Silver Cables
Toxic Cables

EU
Lavricables
Forzaaudio Works

These are the one's i only know of. I can speak for Lavricables & Forza audioworks their cables are great. Lavricables imo have the best price to performance ratio for pure silver cables in eu.

Which cable type did you get from Forza mate? Was it for IEM or Headphones?

I own this cable:

I´m currently using it with my 64 Audio U10, but I have also tried it with my Rhapsodio Solar, and I´m really happy with it.

It was the Hybrid cable, with a 2.5mm TRRS connector mate, for my IEM's and a nice performer it is as well.

Actually, I also own a lavricables Ultimate cable for my IEM's as well, but it's a very big and not very flexible at all, as it has 8 cores, but it sounds superb with my Plenue S (3.5mm TRRS).   A smaller, far more flexible cable, with the same performance would be my ideal cable.

Hi Share2Care,

Went to Head-room London organised by Audio Sanctuary recently & listened to a Chord Company cable with Ether Flows< it sounded very detailed with good bass, here's the link:

The other cables I have are Norne, they ship to the UK, build quality is very good, so's the sound, there is a thread for them.
