The SHA-1 hasn't seen any preamp duty yet (but one of the big reasons I bought it), but it makes the HP-2 sing.

And having a dedicated preamp makes me so much closer to the vinyl curse

Well, the only one that I could find for sale on the interweb was $99 (starting bid) + shipping on eBay, and I can't find any model that replaces it...

EDIT: Am actually quite tempted to buy it.

mrarroyo, I got it on FS forum here. I don't think it comes up often because not many are made and most people who have them keep them for long time.
