Gluegun - I read through the links you posted; very informative - thanks

MooGoesTheCow - Thanks so much for you thoughtful reply. I decided to ditch the idea of nice headphones for working out

All in all, I think that I'm going to go with the Etymotic ER4s since I've only read good things about their quality. But still, just out of curiousity, I'm going to check out the B&Os if for no other reason than to actually hear how bad they are.

It's not...

It's a quite common beginners mistake... hell! you don't even have to be a beginner.

fiddler probably just asked because he didn't know if it was an accident or not. Don't worry

IMO, the "New Thread" option isn't used ENOUGH around here.
Instead, threads often go on so long, and on such
convoluted winding paths, that they no longer have anything
to do with the stated topic, which only leads to confusion
for the casual reader.

whatever happened to those additional Philips 890 reviews anyway? Weren't there two or three new buyers who promised to write reviews? And MacDEF?
