IC/FS: iRiver iHP-120

SALE PENDING

A 20GB player just isn't large enough for me anymore, and I'm tempted to get either an iRiver H340 or an iPod 40GB. But before that, I'll have to see if I can afford it by selling my current iHP-120.

The main unit itself is in perfect condition. I always use it with the included case, and I control the playback using the remote, so looks as good as new save for some extremely thin scratches that comes from putting the unit into the case. You have to be looking at it from a specific angle to be able to even see them. Beyond that, the unit is perfect.

The same can't be said of the remote's cosmetic condition, unfortunately. I had taken it apart to reverse the direction of the clip so that the orientation is correct when one looks down at it if he/she has it clipped to the shirt from the right (as is the norm for most clothes). This has caused the silver strip of plastic to become bent. And a few days ago, the clip itself broke (I just found it that way one morning). The remote still works, but in its current condition, you won't be able to clip it to anything. I've not yet tried to fix it. If you don't use the remote or uses it very sparingly, this obviously poses little problem. If you deem it unfixable and need a remote, a replacement can be ordered from iRiver.

All accesories (AC adapter, USB cable, case, and the stock earbuds if you want them) are included.

At this stage, I'd like to see if there's any interest... I know I'll be selling this eventually, but when will depend on the offers I get.

Send me a PM or email me at gokieks at gmail dot com.

Thanks,
~KS

Then try getting a Nomad JukeBox3, which allows you to record 3 hrs of music per session, the iriver has a 795MB limit. The NJB3 has a line in/optical in and two line outs.

The NJB3 can be found being sold refurbed by Creative on ebay.

Sorry if i went OT
