beatles remasters?

I recently put my beatles cds up for sale, as I figure that a remaster can't be far off. so... how far off is the remaster?

Quite a way, from what I've been told. I hope that they are not going to wait until George Martin and Paul McCartney have passed on to get this project underway.

anyone see the pbs production of "john lennon's jukebox," which traces the roots of a lot of the beatles' (and eventually just lennon's) music? kudos to pbs.
