Purchased a five foot Cardas Quadlink-Five Power Cord and got one with a 90 degree connector (component end) by accident. Todd is shiping me one with a straight connector right away. Thanks Todd for the customer support.

Just wanted to say thanks for helping me shrink my wallet.
The latest purchase from Todd was a pair of HF-1's that arrived week and half ago. I'm enjoying them as I type this.

Just received my pair of hf-1s in the mail today. They are number 44, just like my ps-1s.(also from ttvj) I had no idea, but I assume Todd did.

Received my HF-1s in today. Todd, you're a great guy. I called you twice with really stupid requests (actually one was just excitement and needed to be affirmed), but you took them in stride. Great service, fast shipping too. Thanks Todd.

Got my K701s in the mail today...thanks! Would quickly buy from Todd again. He got back to me right away when I left a message about wishing to place my order, and was patient and understanding when I called again to make sure I'd said the right model number on the phone...I imagine anyone who deals with head-fiers is familiar with neurosis of all sorts! If only other businesses could be so kind to customers Thanks again!

Todd is Great!

Thanks Todd for the recent XR-2 Loaner. Thanks also for allowing me to audition the Cardas Neutral Reference RCA Interconnects at the same time. In addition to really liking the XR-2, I thought that the Carfdas cable cable sounded outstanding in my rig. I'm seriously considering purchasing a 1m RCA Neutral Reference. I wouldn't think of getting them anywhere but from Todd @ TTVJ.

I called Todd asking about speaker cables a few hours ago, and, instead of selling me cables of his own (which he could have easily persuaded me into buying) he told me how to make my own speaker cables out of a 25-foot extension cord from Home Depot. Todd is not just an excellent retailer, but a good friend too - it takes unsusually impeccable character to be that thoughtful and considerate.

Just ordered DT880s, 3 x K240S, and a pair of K271S. I pray that everything makes it safely...

Despite my constant nagging, todd's been really great the whole time. As a previous poster suggested, can be slow with email at times but calling solves all your problems. Definitely has been very friendly and helpful in accomodating my situation in any way possible. Was told by head-fiers to go to him and now I know why. Will definitely buy from him again and recommend to my friends.

Latest purchase: Lyra Helikon SL Cartridge

I ordered this with only one week to go before Christmas. It wasn't in stock, but Todd made sure that I would get it before Christmas. It arrived on the 23rd. Great customer service Todd. Although I found this cartridge to be very sensitive to set-up, it now sounds great with my Linn LP 12/Ekos/Lingo/Herron Audio VTPH-1MC Plus Vacuum Tube Phono Preamp rig, especially after some break-in. Thanks.

Well Ive only bought some Flat pads for my grado 225's but they were here the
next day it seemed like. Very Fast shipping . And the pads are great my ears I
give you many thanks, not only for sound but for comfort as well.

Im looking to get the Corda Aira Amp in the near future, And it will definatley
be bought from TTVJ.
