100+ Head-Fier
Agree with the FXH30. It is one of the best micro-driver earphone and it can replace the discontinued and fragile EPH-100. I listened to it at Akihabara and impressed at first listen.
Is there a version of SomicV4 that comes with a microphone?
Joyroom E107 - Had high hopes for these, but they've been a bit of a disappointment. The design is clean and they're absurdly small, but the cable feels flimsy. Inline mic is nice though. Same one as that used on the much more expensive LZ A2S hybrid. Bass is punchy, smooth, and digs pretty deep, but as you head into the upper registers they start to sound, well, cheap. They have a crispy, unnatural treble presentation that completely ruins the experience. I'll reserve further judgement on these until they've been "burned in" and I've dedicated some uninterrupted listening time. Tip rolling will be part of the equation too. For now
What are the differences between the FXH30 & FXH20 models? I liked FXT90 more than FXD80 if that matters
asked this on the FXH-30 review thread, maybe here there will be any opinions.

It seems Joyroom E103 fixed most of the issues that E107 had, at least according to this review. But it is so hard to find information about the E103 & so I am wondering if you know this is true. They are also very hard to find (the cheapest seller I could find is here)
E103 seems to fit my requirements - small & comfortable, <$15, has a 3-button mic (I can settle with a 1-button mic too) and a sound signature that is gentle & non-fatiguing with good bass. Are there any other earphones that tick these boxes?
Thank you.
I don't know if anyone here has both. I would expect the FXH20 to be slightly less refined and to have less bass as they look to be sealed; no vent on the top of the housing like the FXH30. This is just speculation, however. The FXT90 was superior to the FXD80 for a number of reasons imo, namely they're more natural sounding and have more weight and body to their presentation.
