i just got a 6" mini to mini from jmt. it's actually quite flexible given how short it is and how substantial the cable is. i use a crumpler camera bag for my portable gear (see sig) and it holds everything perfectly, incuding two extra 9v plainviews...i haven't listened to it enough to give you impressions, but it is quite a beautiful cable, imo. jmt got it to me in two days after he received my check...
