I bought the Utopia used, and unfortunately had one of the drivers die on me. Focal North America sent the replacement to me here, in the Philippines, no problem whatsoever. Focal NA was by far, a more pleasant experience than when I had to interact with Focal France (primarily due to language barrier), and Focal Philippines (does not care for headphones that are not being sold in their market).
Thanks, that's what I thought I would need to make sure the Singapore Focal vendor would provide unconditional warranty support even if I am already outside Singapore. It would have been more convenient if warranty is international and I can go to the local Focal distributors at Philippines or Indonesia for assistance, especially given this headphone is nowhere available in these countries. Maybe I should just wait until the local Focal shops start to carry these in a few months as they are currently in queue for stocks so not really their fault.
