Pappa, Dad, Babba, Abbu, no matter the language, it all means the same. Our father is the one who is always there for us from the beginning. Do you remember him reading you your favorite bedtime stories as a child, or when he used to play with you on the playground pushing you higher and higher on the swings? Or how about the first song you listened to with him?

Now we’ve grown up and it’s a shame that we are busy with our work, study and so on, and we no longer have the time we used to for spending time with him. Let’s show him our appreciation and how much he means to us this Father’s day and spend time with him. We would love for you to share with us one song that encompasses how much you love your dad.

To show our appreciation, we will draw one lucky winner at RANDOM.ORG on 20th June to receive the X5. Not only that, but we personalize your unit with an engraving on the back, with writing or image. Perfect way to show your love by sharing the gift of music.

So lets all share our favorite and significant songs to show how much we care about the most amazing man in our life, Dad!

Makes me cringe badly the thought of writing this song, my Dad would crack a rib laughing that hard also!

Just to be clear, you wouldn't have to actually write the song yourself, would you? It would be fine to share an existing song by someone who knows what they're doing, right?
I mean, anything else would just be too ... weird.

I am in. Crossing my fingers, and thank you Fiio for the opportunity. Will also share the song here. The world is very cruel without a dad, and I share this video and the losses of people who also lost their dad. Happy father day guys!

I've shared my song, and will share it here also. My post was initially not public, but I changed it after the fact. That should be fine, right?

Some of my fondest memories of childhood were playing baseball and the nights after with my Dad and little brother. We'd play our games and then go out to our cabin, read Langston Hughes and Robert Frost poetry, and listen to classic rock on the old Kenwood quadrophonic amplifier (we only had stereo enabled). Those days were formative in more ways than one, thanks Dad!

I played center field because I was the fastest kid on the team. I wish I was still fast.
