Shure customer service?

I'm quite a bit concerned at this point. My Shure headphones are just about dead. One ear is completely cut out (used to cut out just occasionally just a couple weeks ago) and the other cuts out and is starting to die as well. It sounds like a short.

I *may* still have the packing materials. BUT, I ordered these on E-bay. They were sealed, but a E-bay purchase none the less.

I bought this not 6 months ago, and Shure says on their website that they will warrent any E2's sold after January for 2 years.

I will call tomorrow if I have time, but I was wondering: Should I expect to get these replaced?
