What Headphone I Should buy, after Sennheiser HD598?

Currently I am using HD598 indoor, and phonak pfe112 Outdoors.
 
I'm looking for upgrade both. I've found ER4S for In-ear Earphones, but I'm still questioning in over ear headphones.
 
What should I buy to feel the difference clearly? HD600?

What sources will you be plugging the headphones into?

Chances are you would get a headphone amplifier, to drive the 300-Ohm HD600.

Assuming you would daisy chain a headphone amplifier off the LG G2.
FiiO A3 (E11K) headphone amplifier, $60.

What type of music do you usually use for listening with full-sized headphones?

Besides the HD 600, I would also recommend checking out the AKG K702, K712 (more fun sound version of the K70X, roughly speaking), Beyerdynamic DT 880 Edition (250 or 600 Ohms version) (+ likely an amp).

Are you guys sure HD600 is the way to go after HD598? Didn't listen any of them, but my guess is HD598 has more inclination towards bass. I was in a similar situation 3 months ago. Decided to upgrade from the once $60-worth HD485. Everything I tried, amped or not, just didn't sound right to me. I finally settled on Audeze LCD-2, way above my initial budget.
 
AKG phones mentioned above might be a better option, although you better read some more yourself.
