@Bobtrinity did you find out anything from shipping team?

I am waiting for a parcel on behalf of a co-worker who is away and this is truly has been tiring for everyone. Having said that. shipping had started 3 weeks ago according Bob, so this is day 1 of week 4. It's not like they are shipping everything on Mar 25. They are shipping 200-300/ day based on what Bob said.

It's unfortunate that thread had to turn into I don't trust company because no notification, none received etc. It seems uk post is too slow. The other UK seller on eBay posts only with fastway, which is difficult to pick up when missed the courier although I understand why they choose different postage service. Perhaps products didn't reach us even.

If someone could create a new thread to deal with shipping questions & complaints, that would be great. I think that's what Brooko highly recommended. It seems like we're going round in circles on this particular thread. Just saying. Peace & love. 👍

That would make sense but I'm not sure it would work.  It'll turn into a hate thread and continual bashing of Trinity which would be counter productive.  @Brooko thoughts?

Other way around. New thread already created for impressions etc and this one remains as is as it already contains all the complaining and shipping discussions etc. biggrin.gif

I still listen to the Trinity Atlas in balanced mode on the Pono Player. I have always had fit problems due to their shallow insertion and shape. Today, I made a discovery. Bob A (SD) on the new Trinity thread recommended Auvio tips. I found some today at a Radio Shack. These are the best seal and fit I have ever had on the Atlas. Fit better than the previous champ,Trinity foamies, and so much quicker and easier to use. I did have to move up from my usual medium size to large. Amazing.

I'm officially floored by my pm4. I couldn't get bass on right iem, then I pulled filters from push pull that I had and replaced those dampeners with other, bass was hhhhhhuuuuge although didn't seem coherent, then I stopped them and it's unison. These two dds have different dampeners anyway. Bbbbbaaaassssssssssssssss hihi hi

This is however the total opposite of what I experienced in my PM4 transaction so I can't understand how you're in a position to know anything about my experience and let alone pass any judgment on it.

To me everything about the PM4 was a debacle and certainly nothing that made me interested in the "ridiculous discount" for yet another model that may or may not fall apart and may or may not sound good. For me personally this "offer" felt like an insult.

Once again I really hope that people receive some great offerings very soon but your patronizing post towards everyone that had an experience different from your own does really provoke me.

You assume I encountered no issues.

I had both shells fall apart, one after some six weeks, the second at a later date. I also needed two cables replacing. At all points Trinity were replying to my email the same/next working day, and ensuring I had a prompt replacement in my hands. To date, yes, I'm still enjoying my PM4, and have taken advantage of the upgrade to new Master. Of course I'm very wary my current PM4s could develop issues, but if so believe Trinity would ensure I had a decent solution. I'd be quite annoyed given it did take quite some time for me to have a fully working pair in my hands to begin with.

My post wasn't meant to be provoking, and I hope the provided detail provides some balance. It was more to show there was at least one person happy with their PM4 although I should have provided the above at the time.

Has anyone been unhappy with the sound signature of their PM4? Taking filter/shell malfunction aside? Granted I've not read every post. Would be very interested in hearing of any poor service too.

I also understand your view that the new offer was an insult. I expect Trinity have lost customers and it will be an expensive lesson for them.

Interestingly, in parts of East/South-East Asia, "hi hi" is used to express laughter like "hee hee" (I think in China, Philippines etc).

Whereas in Malaysia and Singapore, it's used as a greeting, just saying "hi" twice instead of once like we do in UK (and hence the sound would be 'hai hai') :D

Random fact* of the morning :beerchug:

*I'm fairly sure I'm right, but you never know for sure lol. Perhaps other asian counterparts on here could enlighten us?

On a more 'on topic' note, does anyone have any recommendations of DAP's which would bring out the best in the PM4/PM6 (based on specs I suppose)?

For who asked me earlier on:

Very exciting, my periodic audio Be will be shipped on friday! I never thought I would get them before my trinity ... in a way, I wished they would arrive after since I am afraid (hoping) the Be might be truly amazing.
