As everyone is talking about ordering different tips for these iems, I started wondering if I'd need them. Phantom Masters will be my first iems and currently I have Razer adaro in ears and as they only include 4 different tips, I still managed settle on smallest pair and get a good fit. Would you recommend me to order spinfits or kombi before I get my Masters? Or I will be able to get a good seal with stock tips? I know it's nearly all subjective but I'm a noob at this departament and don't have anyone else to ask.

I'd say wait. If the current accessory package I've gotten with my Hyperions is any indication, you'll at least already get a couple sets of foam tips, Trinity's standard silicone tips in like 4 sizes, and 4 sizes of Spinfits. The standard accessory package listed on their size is as follows: S/M/M/L silicone, double flange, S/M Memory foam, Spinfit tips XS/S/M/L. You can probably wait before deciding if you want to get their Kombi tips or not.

Allright, thank you, which tips would you recommend using? Or is it basically personal preferrence and fit?

Like @Midgetguy said, there are a ton of tips in the box when you get it.  I used to use foam tips a long time ago (included) but fell in love with Trinity's silicone tips (included).  Then Trinity created the Kombi tip which is basically the silicone tip with foam inside it.  (not included).  The Kombi are now my favorites.

My suggestion is to wait for your Masters to arrive and check out all the goodies.  Then if you want the combination of foam and silicone, order the Kobmi tips.  By then you will know what size fits you best.

Very much personal preference and fit. I currently use Spinfits on my universal IEMs, but I'd say to follow what @Howlin Fester advised and only get new tips if you feel the included tips don't fit your needs. Trinity's included tip selection is the most expansive one I've ever seen; 10+ different sets of tips to try and suit ears of all shapes and sizes, it's quite impressive. I always give the included set of tips a chance to fit me as best as they can before moving on to other tips if I feel they don't satisfy me; Trinity's large selection means there's a much better chance of not needing to resort to buying more tips.

Thank you guys @Midgetguy and @Howlin Fester for answering! I'll do as said.

Don't buy anything until you get the IEM. Spinfit tips have a narrower bore and close in the soundfield. What's the point of directing the sound to your ears when affecting the soundfield? Use the OEM tips and if they make you feel like you are missing something then do the suggestions. I ended up getting the Spinfits and found the OEM Trinity tips are way better.

There is another company called Fiil making similar stuff, called Carat. Do you suggest Fiil over Phantom Air for gym purpose?

The Carat has a cable. The Air is completely wireless. Start there with your decision.

Personally, I would not. Not because I'm a trinity fanboy of anything, but because it has a lot of added features at a price that seems fishy to me. Usually "Audiophile Sound + ________" means that the sound is really a secondary thing. All of those tracking features have to go somewhere, and on a wireless IEM there isn't much space. That means that for every extra thing there is that much less. The Phantom Air has one purpose, wireless sound quality. The Carat has many, many purposes, so there is a possibility that sound quality could suffer.

I personally wouldn't take the chance, but the final decision is yours and yours alone. No one has heard the phantom air, and I'd assume the same for the Carat, so in the end it is pretty hard to compare them.

(This is all just an opinion though, so take it with a grain of salt)

I had a similar experience with my Shure se215. Used the OEM tips for a long time, replaced them with SpinFit and then went back to the OEM ones. It is a shame that Trinity did not include their own OEM silicone tips with my Vyrus. I keep changing the SpinFit sizes and have also tried the double flange and foam ones, none make me quite as happy as I am with normal silicone ones.

Right? That is what I find with many of my IEM's rather than the other way around. If and when the Spinfits have OEM sized bores then I will go back to them as of now the kids can have them. They are a hype for me. I recently learned about Sorbothane and thought it was hype and tried it and dang that is no hype. Amazing stuff.
