I just went through this entire thread. Damn!
If I think about it, then my 40 hour per week job is gonna let me afford one Grado PS-1 in seven weeks time. I know and love the Grado house sound (they're American owned / made too which is a very big thing for me). Heck, I can literally afford to buy them this Friday but I am committed to my ModWright mods. Source first...everything will fall into place thereafter.
Summer is drawing to a close and my B&N store is busy as all heck. Back to school (September) is coming and we're expecting to get a nice steady flow of customers. More hours per week for me too. Then, Thanksgiving -> Christmas -> New Years definitely means 50+ hour weeks. Money coming in fast and furious because I like to work that way.
I can literally afford to buy one Grado PS-1 before 2004 draws to an end.
So, any Grado PS-1 owners want to send me some PMs to do a little talking to me?
