Massdrop has good deals and random draw (Blue Box) for MEE, BrainWavz, and Final Audio at your budget from time to time for decent IEMs.  One time I dropped $20 and got a pair MSRP at $100.  Worth checking out if you can wait.

I can't wait :( What can you say about MEE M6 pro?

And I'm going to buy brainwavz beta for gift. What is the headphone's charasteristic?

http://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-HPH-200WH-Headphones/dp/B009F8WR8G#customerReviews

http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-SE-A1000-Over-Ear-Stereo-Headphones/dp/B0033PROOY

Without a doubt the best headphones for the price.

And if you're looking for in-ears, than try getting a pair of the Audeo PFE 012 with discount code. They usually pop up time to time for under $50.

The grey filters sound absolutely amazing.

Or you can just go with a HIFIMAN RE-400. Can't go wrong.

PFE 012 can't shipping to Turkey. And I'm looking in-ear. HIFIMAN RE-400 is 80 dolar I have to think about it.

What do you say about Mee M6 pro because I'm really like it. And Brainwavz Beta.

I've had some Sennheiser CX 300 II's before and for the price they are phenomenal. The CX 300 version had an issue with the bass being particularly powerful, but it was pretty much fixed in the II model. If you go to but there I would definitely push you to not buy from ebay or similar places, either buy straight from the manufacturer or a shop which is an official distributor, it's insane how many fakes there are on the market, even amazon has hundreds of fakes. This is actually a useful link for checking whether you've received a fake: http://www.ebay.co.uk/gds/How-to-spot-a-fake-Sennheiser-/10000000017802011/g.html

I've also had some of the older model (black and red) Soundmagic E10's which we're decent, slightly cheaper in the UK I found, the general overall quality wasn't as high however they lasted longer... You'll find the cable on the Sennheisers earphones are somewhat flimsy and thin.

For quality, go Sennheiser, for a longer lifetime, go with the E10's. Hope I helped somewhat.

The HIFi Man Re-400 is well over $50. If you read the Amazon reviews, it seems there are a number of people who claim the RE-400 isn't durable.

The MEE M6 pro has gotten excellent reviews and seems sturdy enough with its replaceable cable. I haven't heard it. Reviews claim its response is rather flat, so it would likely be good for classical music.

If you want something much cheaper, the Soundmagic ES18 is only around $13, and is said to sound very much like the E10. I haven't heard the E10, but love my ES18. The ES18 is also available with a mic and remote(ES18S for $16).
