Need Comfortable Headphones Under $150

I want a pair of closed, comfortable headphones that cost less than $150. If you have a VERY good reason to increase my budget then I might put some extra money from my savings to cover it. Since I travel a lot the comfort is a big thing. I always have a backpack of some sort wherever I am going to be taking these headphones, so being super portable isn't that big of a deal, however, it shouldn't be massive either. I don't plan on buying an amp, so don't recommend headphones that need one. I mostly listen to electronic music and some pop, so I appreciate bass. I also like watching movies, so headphones that are decent for that would be good. However, 90% of the time I will be using these headphones will be for gaming hence the good soundstage.

What I want for my headphones:
Comfort
Audio quality
Close back
Able to work on mobile phones
Good Bass
Good soundstage (I know it won't be the best because they are closed, but it should still be good in comparison to other closed headphones)

I am torn between three headphones: the nvx-xpt100, the brainwavz hm5, and the beyerdynamic dt770 80 ohm.

I plan on ordering the beyerdynamics from amazon.co.uk where they are only $110. With the shipping and the import tax they shouldn't be more than $150. If I get the nvx-xpt100 I'll probably order a new case for it because the one that it comes with is massive. With all of these factors, price for these headphones are the same. If I get one of these, which ones should I get?

You should consider the Soundmagic HP-150

I think they are $169 or so these days.

Thanks, I'm looking into it. The plastic piece where they pivot seems really flimsy though... I don't know how they will stand up.
