I should normally be getting a universal version of these...excited!
I always say this will be my first custom. I have heard nothing but praise about it. Not to ruin it for you but from what I was told the difference between universal and custom version of Hum is a lot.

Yes, maybe so, but if I love the universal that much, I will sell it and get the custom...

Started my burn in yesterday and still going back'n'forth between cables.  In this picture I have ALO latest Litz SCP (borrowed from Andromeda), actually really like this pair up and the transparent cable looks cool with Pristine shell.  The new CX1 pure copper cable is very good as well, makes sound smoother and tones down brightness of upper mids a bit.

Electrolytic caps are bigger than BA drivers, this is one serious crossover design.

After more burn in, I actually switched back to the new stock CX1 pure copper cable which keeps top frequencies under a better control (those opened up after the burn in and Litz spc making them a bit too bright for my taste).  Did some tip rolling as well, just to get a better seal and also to find something to match transparent shell and "copper" tone of the wires.  Pair up with LPG is fantastic, the same as Opus#1, but I gotta say - Pristine-R is brutally "honest" and will not mask anything, definitely not forgiving when it comes to poorly recorded songs or lower res mid-fi sources.

First thing that I noticed today, listening for a few hours, is that the soundstage is quite something. Very surrounding and airy, clearly spacious, but not in front more around you. Otherwise I didn't notice any particular emphasis in any part of the spectrum so far. Maybe a little bit in lower bass but I need to confirm.
