Don't mean to start any controversy with this, was just wondering. For instance, they use some of the same product graphics:

And this product has the same name ("X3")

Definitely not, Xduoo is just copying Fiio.

They released model with same components and even same name, just 110$ cheaper. They are just using popularity of Fiio X3II to sell their player.
