I have weird problem... It seems that on my personal laptop [Asus N73SM] after connecting the musical fidelity v90-hpa sounds play nice, but after I pause the music, after several seconds you hear quiet "click" sound, like when you turn on/off sound card. And then when I press play you hear click again. When I had Windows 7 installed sound was just coming back now with Windows 10 it does not.

I made several checks, different USB and different laptop - also Asus with Windows 10, same situation.

However when I brought the sound card to work and plugged it to Lenovo ThinkPad with Windows 7 it worked without the problem, moreover there was no card suspending - you didn't hear this click sound. It seems that my personal laptop has some usb settings which are causing the error.

I tried to turn off usb selective suspend, but that didn't help. Do you have suggestion which setting I should change as well?

I think you'll probably get a blank stare for awhile concerning Win 10.  I don't have it yet and probably won't for several months.
It might be worthwhile to check at the Microsoft site and see what USB issues have surfaced or maybe how Win 10 handles USB in the TechNet section there.  One thing I always do with USB is turn power management OFF.  This can be done in Device Manager - selecting each hub and then the tab for power and unchecking the box for USB power on/off.
I don't know if this is in the same place in Win 10.  Also see if there is any power management for the soundcard while you're in Device Manager and turn it off.
Again, check the TechNet section over at Microsoft.
