I'm completely torn between buying the fiio x1 or the fiio x3. I want to get into high res music but majority of the music i listen to is just rap and hip hop and artist dont really push out high res music such as flacc and other files. They mainly just push out the (MP3 320kbps) files. So I'm trying to figure out which fiio I should buy or should I be looking else where as far as DAPs go.

I think you're confusing video terminology with audio terminology.

That would be 320 kbps bitrate, not a video resolution of 320 progressive.

Honestly, it's really hard to tell the difference, if any, between 320 kbps and FLAC level files. I think the main reason you'd want to buy a DAP is for the quality amp and DAC, and not necessarily to listen to very high bitrate files.

In that case, just go for what your budget allows you to. x3 is obviously more expensive than x1 but certainly offers better sound quality because it has higher quality DAC. X3 definitely has a better DAC than X1
