AIAIAI TMA-1 Studio Headphones

Thread Starter

Hi All,

I've recently managed to win a pair of AIAIAI TMA-1 Studio Headphones in a gadget competition. I've looked at a few reviews and these headphones seem to just be for DJ/studio use.

I'm currently using a set of Sennheiser HD 201's, connected from a pair of speakers, which are plugged into my monitor, and monitor is connected to laptop via HDMI. The 201's have done me proud for the last 5 years or so. I use them for everything; gaming, music, movies.

The question is, should I replace he 201's with the AIAIAI's for everyday use, or would it be a complete waste? Would I be better keeping them in the box and selling them on?

Thanks

Sorry to be 'Minister of the bleeding obvious' here but you're going to get people that love them and people that hate them. To be honest there's only way to find out and that's to try them for yourself. The Aiaiai's are quite well regarded here (based on reviews). Some members use them for portable use here. You can always sell them on Ebay if you don't like them, just give your ears time to adjust to their sound before you decide.
