So I currently have unit #5 and it is due to be sent out to the next person. However I still haven't heard from Jiffy Squid after a couple of PMs.

Could just be because of the holidays though.

Edit:  Yep, hasn't been online in a week.  Well I guess I get a couple extra days then!

Just a quick review:

Despite the good sound quality from the headphones, I found it not to be optimal for long term listening.  After wearing this throughout the past few days, I found my neck and shoulders to be aching.  Also, the grip was a little too strong on the sides of my head and the cups definitely felt too small around my ears.

I'm comparing this to my sennheiser hd598.  The sennheiser is definitely lighter on my head and at times I barely notice it after wearing it for a full work day.  And the sound is comparable for me.

Also on a side note, the list for PM-3 Unit #3 isn't updated.  I sent out the headphones on 12/18 and it got delivered on 12/22.   Hope that helps future listeners.

I received the loaner pair last weekend so I am running up on the end of my audition. But I have to say wow - these HPs are a steal for the price. While they may not scale up to my LCD2.2 on a very expensive desktop, they sound just as good on my hi-end portable setup that comes close. Plus they are way more flexible, versatile, and comfortable. If I had these before I got my Audeze, I probably wouldn't have bothered with the Audeze. My only complaint is the single sided cable plug as I was hoping to try them balanced with my hd700 balanced cable. However, it is probably a plus given my main use case of listening to them in bed at night. I am going to miss them and will likely pick up a pair soon.
