For roughly the last 10 years I've only used Westone UM1. First the originals and then the revamp with the G2 cable. They have served me perfectly well for the price but have always felt the lacking in the bass department compared to my DT-770 Pros.

Now in the last few weeks I've had some ACS custom plugs made for work and they are so comfortable I've decided to finally get some custom IEMs. I nearly bought some about a year ago but other financial commitments came up.

My budget is about £400 and so I have narrowed it to:

1964 Ears Qi

1964 Ears V3

Noble Audio 3C

Unique Melody Aero 3

I'm looking for more bass than my UM1s with clearer vocals as I feel they sometimes get a bit lost with the UM1s.

I listen to mostly rock, punk rock and acoustic genres.

Any help is appreciated.

I forgot to mention that the sources will mainly be my first gen iPod touch and the headphone out of my Macbook Pro.

I'm also open to any other suggestions.
