"The Lab"

Look at the ice caps they are melting at an alarming rate. We could always fly to that new planet Nasa found that is very earth like.

In case anyone hasn't really looked in to the effects this is a very good article on the subject.

Currently with the ice gone the jet stream is weaker causing the more extreme weather around the world. The jet stream basically stabilizes the weather patterns and is driven by the difference between the warm and cold hemispheres.

The real bomb is the melting of the permafrost in the arctic that will release enough methane to have the equivalent of 100x the global warming impact we humans have made. It's basically a self perpetuating runaway train right now.

Apologies for the doom and gloom. Back to your regular Lab programming.

Well thanks for that, Mr. Sunshine

Sure, they will @nmatheis
. Even though I don't prefer complies on my other IEMs, they are perfect match for Hyperion.

Definitely takes the edge off!

So far, I'm liking comply > foam-filled hybrids > stock hybrids >> supplied biflange.

Man, those wide bore biflanges shot treble nails into my eardrums - yikes!!!

Glad to hear that you also liked them with Comply foam tips. For $30 Kickstarter price even for 45$ now, they are an absolute steal!

Congratulations Bob

Nice review. I notice you didn't compare with your PFE. Why no BA on BA action?

Thanks! With all respect to the PFE, to my ears I couldn't find any reason to include them......

Edit: To explain further I think that 0 ot of 10 people would guess that the Heaven VII's a single BA if they got to hear it without knowing

Hey guys,

I was getting ready to spend an afternoon writing reviews and had a "Lab" worthy picture moment...

It kind of made me think about what it was in the beginning that made this thread so great, which was taking the audiophile experience beyond just how something looks and sounds, and more shows where and how we enjoy our favorite audio gear.

I hope we can have more of that moving forward.

Cheers and happy Saturday

Have been a nice rad for me Peter, congrats buddy

I have noticed that you are using the KZ whirlwind eartips for B3P1, correct?

Thank you Baybars, it's a great IEM so it was a real pleasure making it.

Yes, I noticed that someone suggested them with the B3's and liked it

Cool. What are you using for padding on the top of your stands? I just use a strip of memory foam. Simple, conforms to the headband, no dents
