What about Amazon UK?

The Def Techs might just be your cup of tea.. They really get high marks from a lot of peeps, and they are about $100 cheaper than the M2s too.

The H8 could also be a winner, like you, I don't go for on ear..

Hope it happens in the UK soon..  :beerchug:

Concerning car of those buttery leather pads. Is there a leather care kit that I can use to maintain the pads. I know that Audeze sells a kit for there pads but not sure if it would be appropriate for the M2. Suggestions?

Good move, Amazon has a rock solid return policy.. No worry there, plus you are getting something that others are drooling at the mouth to get...:D

Edit: Only 1 left in stock now!! :D

IMO, just like I do with my leather messenger and backpack bags, I get the leather stuff out of AutoZone or Pep Boys..Under $10, keeps leather soft.

Im debating between buying the Momentum Wireless On-ears and the Sennheiser hd 650s. Is the difference in sound quality between the two really worth the sacrifice of mobility with 650s? Or does the wireless capability of the momentums outshine the 650s superior sound? Any thoughts appreciated

Tough question. All depends on what you plan to use them for. The momentum can pull double duty for home and portable listening where as the 650 cannot. The 650 is cheaper but requires a decent amp to sound good.

I have to ask this, as I'm not sure what the cause is...

For the past month and a half, I've been having this feeling like some water is trapped in my ears, like I have a very mild cold coming.

Since I've been using the M2's quite extensively (only wireless, thus always with ANC on) I was wondering if this could be attributed to the ANC or something completely different (like a bug/flu).

Has anyone else experienced the sensation of having water trapped in the ears after using the ANC for a prolonged period?

No need to answer if you haven't experienced it :)

I agree that this is tough. And really only you can answer. I have both and wouldn't want to give up either. They have a similar signature but the 650 is better across the spectrum, whereas the m2 is great for portable use. Like was already mentioned you'll need a decent amp for the 650.

There was another poster on here who said he contacted a supplier in the UK who said they are getting them in I think. From memory it was in the Def Tech thread and the price quoted was 400 GBP.

Update on Macbook Pro Retina problem:

Downgrading from Yosemite 10.10.3 Beta to Yosemite 10.10.2 solved the massive stutter problem.

I had chance to try the Momentum on another Macbook Retina and went smoothly.

They have different bluetooth drivers installed and most probably it was causing the trouble.

With 10.10.3 out of beta, can anyone confirm whether downgrading to Yosemite 10.10.2 will fix the stuttering issue with Macbook Pros? Having a terrible time with this, although the M2's work like a charm with my Sony Z3C.

Ok, I just sent the below message to Sennheiser U.S. support:

When using the Mometum's in bluetooth mode with my Macbook Pro retina (late-2013 model, running OS 10.10.3) I am having the same audio studdering problem that a lot of other people in the Momentum Head-Fi thread here:

http://www.head-fi.org/newsearch/?search=macbook+pro&resultSortingPreference=recency&byuser=&output=posts&sdate=0&newer=1&type=all&containingthread%5B0%5D=749606&advanced=1

The Momentum's work fine over bluetooth with my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact smartphone, so I know it's a compatibility issue with the Mac and Momentum's.

Please advise.

Will update if I hear anything. Hopefully this problem can get fixed ASAP, super annoying.

I actually tried to update to 10.10.3 final build two days ago, still had some stuttering problems, not even close to the beta version (it was like each 2 seconds), now it plays much better but you can still notice music skipping from time to time (every minute).

I immediately came back to 10.10.2 since with 10.10.2 bluetooth driver I have no stuttering unless I quit the room where my Mac is.

how did you downgrade your Mac OS? I thought 10.10.3 was out of beta and there was no easy way to go back?
