1. Portable
2. Wireless/ Bluetooth
3. Compatible with iPad iphone
4. Compatible with tv (Sony) wireless connection ( Bluetooth?)
5. Compatible with ps4 (aux jack) I am not sure what to call it but it is same as the iphone audio jack
6. Comfortable
7. Music quality is not a high priority
8. Compatible with pc ( USB )
Is there any headphone that have the above features?

The Sennheiser MM400-X or MM500-X come close, I'm not sure about the Sony TV and compatibility with PC - do you require a USB dongle to convert to bluetooth? If you have one it should work.
