Recommended In Ear and Over Ear?

I am new here so please bare with me :) Has anybody tried the Havi B3 Pro 2 in ear headphones? I have read they are a little better sounding than the Pro 1's and I'm interested in the Sennhesier HD 600 over ear. Anyone recommend other in ear and over ear headphones? I will be using them mainly for my ipod and computer, my budget for the in ear is $150 and budget for the over ear is $400. i am looking for a dual driver in ear headphone, for the over ears to not leak too much sound, and for both for the sound to be balanced not bass enhanced and everything rich and crisp. I listen to mainly rap but again want a great balanced headphone NOT crappy Beats. Right now i have the PUR-1000 in ear headphones and the Soul SL300. I want to upgrade to a higher quality headphones because i know their are better sounding headphones out there.

I don't know anything about in-ear headphones.  For over ear you might want to look into the Beyerdynamic DT 880 Pro and spend the remaining cash on a DAC and an amp (maybe one of FiiO's units would suffice like the E12?)

One would provide much better sound quality than your computer's onboard sound, though it might not be compatible with your iPod.

You would just plug in a USB cable from your computer to the back of the E10K, sending a digital signal to the E10K while the E10K's DAC converts it to analog, and then amplifies it, and then you hear it through your headphones.
