Over ear (not on ear) headphones, portable, comfortable and cheap?

Does such a pair of headphones exist?

I feel like no matter how many headphones i look at i cant find a pair that suits my needs perfectly, maybe i'm blind but i'm hoping you guys can make this experience easier for me and anyone else interested.

They need to be completely over-ear, and comfortable.

Good for long home and portable use, low impedance, short(preferably removable) cable, foldable with a bag or case( or a 3rd party one you would recommend)Edit: good isolation is important

My budget isn't great, i don't want to restrict people to numbers however, so go as expensive as you think necessary

With the overall sound i am a bit of a bass head, i've got a pair of m20x's now( the cheap and crappy version of the famous m50x's) and i find them quite harsh sounding at times(not to sure whats causing it exactly might just be me). So preferably the sound will be quite warm and low, without lacking in any way, as i find i get ear fatigue quite easily at times.

I understand i'm asking for a lot, but I'm not expecting such a pair to exist as such , I'm prepared to compromise, I just want to get a better idea of what's out there and the views of some of you audiophiles out there
Anyway thanks.

Depends on what you mean by "cheap", but I'm sure that there are closed, comfortable, easily amped, warm and dark sounding headphones out there.
