Windows Error 0x80070057 "...incorrect parameter"

Help!

I've had my X3 since May and have never had a problem copying FLAC or mp3 files on to either the internal memory or my 64gb Sandisk card in the external slot.

Yesterday I started getting the 0x80070075 error when copying music files over from my Windows 7 64bit Home Premium PC.

Using my old "drag and drop" method two or three songs from an album will copy OK, then the error pops up.

I've tried two solutions to repair the problem from Windows (decimal point, registry fix)  Checked these and they were OK.

I ran Scan & Fix on the X3 from Properties on My Computer.  That didn't help.

I've also:

-replaced micro USB cable

-installed new Windows updates/restarted computer

-rolled back to FW3.22b from 3.24B (then back again)

-Reset X3 using top button

-Restored factory Defaults on X3

So far nothing I've tried has solved this issue.

The music already on the X3 plays fine.  I just can't add anything new to it.  I can delete files off the player fine.

There is 2.2 g on the internal memory and about .3g on the TF card.

Any one ever come across this before?

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks!

Charlie

UPDATE-

I connected my android phone and was able to copy mp3s to it with no problem.

Tried copying to the X3's TF card and that worked fine, also.

So....

Looks like I managed to solve this by reformatting the X3's INTERNAL drive.

I use this storage for mp3s from iTunes and the pre-installed Dr. Chesky music files.  So far, everything is copying fine.

A few more tunes to copy and I'll give it a listen.
