Hi, this is my first post, I was looking for advice to make a hi-fi kinda of entry level setup with a Denon DP-29 F as turntable, the setup is going to be for LP playing mostly. I am looking for an amp with a decent phono amp built in between 100 and 300€, also Im looking for a pair of speakers (looking for a neutral sound I dont like bassy speakers), btw my room is small, so It would be nice that they wouldnt be very big.
About the amps, Ive got an offer of an used SONY STR-DB790 for 120€ , I dont know how much quality I can expect from it, I also would be interested about connecting the audio of my retro videogame consoles and set the output through the amp>speaker combo (that would be great).
About new amps, the Yamaha AS500 and the Denon PMA-720 AE got my attention but I dont know how good are they or the differences between them.
Anyway I'll ask u the pros so I cant get the most advice&info possible
I use already a DAC /w some Sennheiser HD600 headphones in my PC to listen to music right now, how they would perform on the amp?
