Looking for a specific adapter

Hi,

I have been searching for a very specific adapter for quite some time now and I can't find it. English isn't my first language so I might not use the right key words, I'll try to make it as clear as possible.

I have a pair of earphones that came with my smartphone. It has a built-in microphone and uses a 3.5 mm 4-conductor TRRS phone connector. (To transmit both the infos from the microphone to the phone and from the phone to the speakers)

I want to plug it into my computer and use both the microphone and audio functions. My computer has 2 separate plugs for microphone and sound which are 3.5 jack 3-conductor.
What I would need is an adapter that separates the male 4-conductor into two 3-conductor male. That would be: Jack 3.5 female 4-conductor to 2x Jack 3.5 male 3-conductor.

I can't find this on the internet while the opposite is everywhere! (People willing to plug gaming headphones in their Iphone for example)

So, I hope you understood what I'm looking for and that you'll be able to help me. I thank you in advance :).

Unfortunately I can't tell :/. All I see is "Unfortunately, access to this particular item has been blocked due to legal restrictions in some countries. We are blocking your viewing in an effort to prevent restricted items from being displayed. Regrettably, in some cases, we may prevent users from accessing items that are not within the scope of said restrictions because of limitations of existing technology. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope you may find other items of interest on eBay."

And I've had a lot of these on ebay, I don't know why.

Thanks for trying though ^^.
