I had a conversation via email with him within a day. Replied pretty fast to me as well

Yea, Jack usually replies me within a day. Just ordered a legend R with him. Hopefully it turns out well.

I used this form as well 3 weeks ago and no reply up to date. I'm losing interest in this comapny as it does respond to customers emails. That's a pity because I was very interested in the Legend.

I used the form as well, maybe the emails from the forms are not getting through to him.  If you contact Jack via Kickstarter, he responds quickly.  I will also let him know that people are emailing him via the form and aren't getting replies - I'm sure he will fix the issue.

Also looking forward to the Legend R.

Simply gorgeous.

I suggest just go straight to Jack. He did mentioned to me not to go through their general customer service and He directly looks into those ordering the legend. The response and service that he gave me differs widely from what you guys are saying. :D

I agree that Jack's response and service is exemplary.  The fact that he takes the time to eloquently reply to emails is refreshing, to say the least!  Some of the best service that I have experienced thus far from any company, and resting at the top with a few other audio companies that I have positively conversed with.

Oh, I will be vocal in my love for the Legend R, mark my words.

As for being poor, just get a loved one to help you with the cost.  You can have your loved ones or friends even, give you money for Christmas, your next birthday, or whatever reason, and then use that towards paying for the Legend R!

Have you heard the demo for the legend R?

I will.  Not sure if I will post my impressions of the demo publicly for various reasons, but once I listen to it, I'll be available for PM for anyone that wants another opinion.  Hopefully, when I get the custom version, I can write a quick review, at least regarding the differences between the demo and the custom version.

Roughly when will you be receiving the custom version?

No clue.  I will only comment on how long it will take me to receive the custom version, if it happens, when I receive it.  I am not sure where you live, but I do know that EarWerkz has a 7-10 day turnaround time, which is breakneck speed regarding CIEM companies.

+1 There must be something wrong with the forms, better use the 'contact me' button on their Kickstarter page and you'll experience Jacks immediate and adequate response wink.gif
